About the job
Who we are
Veoware Space is providing satellite agility solutions. Our proprietary technology enables satellites, launch vehicles, space cargo, and future Moon or Mars landers to become 10x more effective than what is currently available. We’re an experienced team with a dynamic vibe. The company is currently scaling up and is offering a challenging, multidisciplinary, and creative environment.
Who we hire
We are looking for bold, entrepreneurial people who take smart risks and learn fast. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, speak up, challenge ideas, and try things that might not work the first time.
We value adaptability over rigid roles, curious minds, thinking across disciplines, and blending technical depth with business and creative instincts.

- Manage interfaces between subsystems and with the satellite and customer systems, maintaining up-to-date interface documentation
- Plan and oversee integration, verification, and acceptance activities, managing non-conformances and deviations
- Ensure compliance with ECSS and internal quality processes, and support configuration control of all deliverables
- Coordinate across technical disciplines to maintain consistency, resolve cross-domain issues, and ensure design integrity
- Provide technical input to commercial proposals, including package definition and scope review
- Participate in technical reviews and customer meetings, ensuring commitments and quality standards are met.
Must-haves
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in systems, mechatronics, aerospace, electrical/electronic engineering, or related field
- 5–10 years in systems engineering on complex systems

- Fluent in English
- Team spirit
Would be super nice

- Experience in aerospace sector and familiar with aerospace development standards and processes
- French and/or Dutch
What's in it for you
- Several add-ons on top of your salary
- Office in Leuven, within biking/walking distance of the station
- Open and humane work environment
- Strong growth prospects in a fast-moving, expanding company
- Potential to grow into a Product Owner role, taking full technical and architectural ownership of the product line.
